Nexus Landlord is operated by Venkata Anarghya in India. By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Licence

One purchase grants one buyer or business a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use version 1 for its own rental portfolio on up to two computers it owns or controls. This permits ordinary internal business use by a landlord.

You may not sell, share, publish, sublicense, circumvent licensing, or provide the installer or licence key to another person or business. Managing third-party client portfolios as a service requires a separate written licence.

Updates and availability

The purchase includes the current release and updates published within major version 1. Future major versions may be sold separately. A perpetual licence means the installed version does not expire; it does not promise compatibility with every future Windows version.

Your data and responsibilities

The software stores its data locally. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of tenant information, accurate records, backups, device security, taxes, notices, and compliance with laws applicable to you.

Generated receipts, letters, calculations, and templates are administrative aids, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Review them before relying on or sending them.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
