Refund policy

If Nexus Landlord does not fit, email av@nexuslandlord.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

No forms and no explanation are required. Include the Razorpay payment ID, order ID, or purchase email so the transaction can be found.

How the 7-day window works

The request must be sent within 7 calendar days after Razorpay marks the payment as captured. We acknowledge the request by email and return the money to the original payment method.

We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
