Data inside the desktop app
Your tenants’ names, payment records, documents, and other portfolio information are stored in a SQLite file on your computer. The desktop app does not transmit that information to nexuslandlord.com or a third party. You control backups and exports.
Website and support
- Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic measurements without advertising cookies or cross-site profiles.
- The website records page, demo, pricing, purchase, checkout, support, and download events with an ephemeral tab-session identifier. It also records campaign parameters, referring hostname, country, and page path when available. It does not store the full referring URL, form contents, email address, payment credentials, or tenant information in these marketing events.
- We receive the messages and contact details you voluntarily send to support.
Purchases and licence delivery
Razorpay processes payment credentials. Nexus Landlord receives the resulting payment ID, status, amount, currency, purchase email, and transaction time so it can validate the purchase, issue the licence, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, and process refunds. Card, UPI, and bank credentials do not pass through nexuslandlord.com.
Service providers
- Razorpay processes payments and payment records.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, licence service, and purchase audit database.
- Resend sends transactional licence and support email.
- Microsoft Store hosts, signs, and distributes the Windows application.
- Google Workspace receives support email.
Retention and your choices
Purchase and licence records are retained while the licence is supported and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal obligations. Support messages are retained while useful for resolving the request. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to records we must keep.
